Why us

What makes an Odoo project work in Thailand

Most ERP projects here fail on the same two things: statutory documents that do not match Thai law, and users who never adopt the system. Both are our focus.

Thai tax compliance, built in

VAT 7% reporting, withholding tax with 50 Tawi certificates, PND.3 / PND.53 summaries and Revenue Department compliant tax invoices.

A local team you can actually reach

Thai and English speaking consultants based in Thailand. No offshore ticket queue, no time-zone gap.

Open source, no vendor lock-in

Source code and database stay yours. Change partners later without losing your system or your data.

Start small, expand later

Begin with two or three modules that hurt most, then grow the scope once your team is comfortable.

How we work

Six stages from kick-off to go-live

01

Discovery

Interview the people who actually do the work, map current processes and identify what the system must fix.

02

Blueprint

Agree scope, modules, redesigned flows and development items in a signed design document.

03

Configuration

Install, configure modules, chart of accounts, taxes, user rights and approval workflows.

04

Data & development

Migrate master data and opening balances, build the reports and modules specific to your business.

05

Training & UAT

Train department by department using your real data, then test complete end-to-end cycles.

06

Go-live & support

Launch with on-site support, then monitor, back up and improve continuously.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Yes. We work with subsidiaries of foreign groups and BOI-promoted companies. We handle the Thai statutory side — tax invoices, withholding tax, Thai chart of accounts — while keeping reporting compatible with your group requirements.
Yes. Odoo supports per-user language. Your Thai accounting team can work in Thai while expatriate managers use English, on the same database and the same records.
Yes. Design documents, process flows and administrator handover documents can be delivered in English. End-user training for Thai staff is normally delivered in Thai for better retention.
It depends on whether you prefer to pay licence fees or development effort. We size both options against your real user count and required features before recommending one.
